It collects company, market, contact role, product direction, intended users, engagement mode, volume, timing, project context, contact name, work email, and an optional phone number to receive a request, evaluate project fit, prevent duplicate submissions, and continue a business conversation. Necessary context also includes locale, landing page, UTM source/medium/campaign, consent version, submission and receipt times, an idempotency key, and a lead identifier. Raw referrer URLs are not collected. Do not submit child names, schools, exact birth dates, voice, photos, health information, or other child-sensitive data. If prohibited information is submitted accidentally, we restrict processing and prioritize manual review, isolation, or deletion.

Information collected and used by the website
Storage, choices, and security boundaries
After same-origin, size, idempotency, and field validation, the website sends the project brief server-to-server to a standalone RFQ service. Structured leads and durable notification tasks are stored in MySQL, and an acknowledgement is returned only after the storage transaction commits. A triage notification is sent through NetEase Enterprise Mail to admin@ixinhoo.com with the submitted work email as Reply-To; it excludes UTM and internal technical identifiers. Access is limited to the company principal and explicitly designated operations personnel, and developers have no routine production-data access. The site enables no analytics, advertising, pixels, or remote marketing scripts, and application logs exclude RFQ bodies and secrets. Network and service infrastructure may process IP, access, and error logs for security and abuse prevention; normal logs are retained for 30 days. Locale is stored in the browser, while motion follows the operating-system preference.
Contact and policy updates
Non-converted RFQ leads are retained for 12 months after the last substantive business interaction. SENT or DEAD notification tasks and operational mailbox copies are retained for 90 days. Encrypted rolling backups and normal application or reverse-proxy logs are retained for 30 days. At launch, expiry deletion, rights requests, and exceptions use controlled manual procedures; this does not claim that advanced automated deletion or restore-suppression tooling is deployed. Legal or security holds are exceptional, documented, scoped, and time-bounded. Email admin@ixinhoo.com to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, an explanation, or to complain; we perform necessary and proportionate identity verification. The primary deployment is in Mainland China and overseas visitors may submit project briefs.
